1. Warranty for power-consuming electrical appliances
Warranty period for consumable electronics. ESC/Motor/Battery/Remote) is guaranteed for 6 months from the 7th day after shipment (the date of shipment is confirmed by logistics records). 2. Warranty for Non-Electronic Products
For non-electronic products, the warranty period is one year from the 7th day after shipment (the date of shipment is subject to logistics records). When we get it and analyze it to be a manufacturing fault, you can return it to us for free repair or replacement. We will only cover the shipping costs returned to you. If you are unable to replace or repair, discounts are available for new replacements (excluding shipping). Wear and tear from normal use is not considered a defective product.
3. The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
Unable to provide proof of source of purchase channel
Mechanical damage to electronic components or PCB
PCBA board has repair soldering iron traces (excluding soldering cable bullet connectors)
Damaged wires or damage from external shocks
(Non-waterproof product) There is water inflow
Unusual applications beyond product specifications
4. Warranty for products purchased from other channels:
For products not purchased from https://eskatediy.com, please contact the original purchasing channel first to deal with the problem.
Group purchase: According to the above 1st warranty policy, the warranty period starts from the 7th day after receiving the group purchase order and shipping (the delivery date is subject to the logistics record). If the end user has quality problems, please provide the after-sales warranty card number (please save the warranty card number when you receive the product) and send it to email@example.com for processing.
For personal secondary transaction products, please provide the original source order number or warranty card number (only for group-purchased products) to us, and we will verify the source of purchase and whether it is in the warranty period. The warranty policy is valid only once for this product. (For example, if the original ordered product has used the warranty policy, after its second personal transaction, the warranty is void for that product)
Most products are tested before shipment, especially the ESC and motor are 100% tested and shipped as a good product. Any uncertain connection or information, please contact us before installation.
There is no long-term warranty and under no circumstances should eskatediy's liability be greater than the actual purchase price of the product.
Product orders cannot be cancelled while in transit unless additional shipping charges have been agreed.
If your product is not under warranty, we are willing to repair it for you at a reasonable cost, but this service does not include shipping costs for both parties.
